Dry Sabji of Tomato and Pointed Gourd (Aloo Parwal Ki Sukhi Sabji)


Ingredients - Onion, Potato (Aloo) , Pointed Gourd (Parwal), Green Chili (Hari Mirchi), Cumin (Zeera) , Turmeric (Haldi), Salt, Mustered Oil, Red Chili Powder

Duration - 15 Min

Instructions : Step 1: Slice Potato, Pointed Gourd, Onion, Green Chili in small pieces as shown in above picture.

Step 2. Put Oil in the pan

Step 3. Add little quantity of cumin, onion slices, green chili slices and wait until it become brown color.

Step 3. Now Add Pointed Gourd (Parwal) and stir (mix) it.

Step 4. Now Add Potato (Aloo) and stir (mix) it until it is well cooked.
