Ingredients:
- Besan - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1 Pc
- Green Chili - 2 Pcs
- Red Chili - 2 Pcs
- Cumin (Zeera) - 1 Tbsp
- Rai (Mustard) - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric (Haldi) - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - As Required for Taste
- Water - 4 Cups
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Instructions:
Step 1: Take 1 Cup of Besan in Bowl and add turmeric, salt , cumin and 4 Cups of water and mix it well
Step 2: Heat oil in PAN and add cumin, rai, and red chili and mix it
Step 3: Add Chopped Onion and green chili and stir till golden brown
Step 4:Add liquid mixture of Besan (that is prepared in step 1) and stir for 2 minutes
