Ingredients :
- Milk - 2 Cups
- Sabudana -1/2 Cup
- Jaggery (gud) -2 tbsps
- Cashews Powder
- Almond (Badam) Powder
Jaggery (Unrefined Sugar or Gud)
Almond and Cashew Powder
Soaked Sabudana (Sago)
Cook Time : 15 Minutes
Instructions:
Step 1: Rinse the raw sabudana (Sago) and soak for 1 hour.
Step 2: Boil Milk and add soaked sabudana to it and cook for 10 minutes till sabudana is soft from inside.
Step 3: Now Add Cashew and Almond Powder and mix it well.
Step 4: Turn off the flame and Add Jaggery after 2 minutes and mix it well.
