How to Make Fried Fish


Ingredients:

  • Fish Pieces - 1Kg, 
  • Yellow Mustard - 1/4 Cup, 
  • Green Chili - 5 Pcs, 
  • Garlic - 14-15 Pcs, 
  • Red Chili Powder - 2 tbsps, 
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsps, 
  • Coriander Powder - 2 tbsps , 
  • Salt - 2 tbsps (As required for taste),
  • Cumin and Black Pepper Paste - 3 tbsps
  • Cooking Oil - 1 Cup





Cooking Duration: 20 Minutes

Instructions:
Step 1: Clean Fish Pieces by mixing it with 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 cup wheat flour and finally with water

Step 2: Grind all masala ingredients (Yellow Mustard, Green Chili, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Cumin and Black Pepper paste) and mix with cleaned fish

Step 3: Now heat cooking oil in PAN and fry Fish Pieces.
