Ingredients:
- Fish Pieces - 1Kg,
- Yellow Mustard - 1/4 Cup,
- Green Chili - 5 Pcs,
- Garlic - 14-15 Pcs,
- Red Chili Powder - 2 tbsps,
- Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsps,
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsps ,
- Salt - 2 tbsps (As required for taste),
- Cumin and Black Pepper Paste - 3 tbsps
- Cooking Oil - 1 Cup
Cooking Duration: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Step 1: Clean Fish Pieces by mixing it with 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 cup wheat flour and finally with water
Step 2: Grind all masala ingredients (Yellow Mustard, Green Chili, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Cumin and Black Pepper paste) and mix with cleaned fish
Step 3: Now heat cooking oil in PAN and fry Fish Pieces.
