Mushroom Curry - Mushroom Recipe




Ingredients: 

  • Mushroom, 
  • Onion, 
  • Garlic, 
  • Cumin (Zeera), 
  • Coriander Powder, 
  • Red Chili powder, 
  • Green Chili, 
  • Turmeric, 
  • Salt, 
  • Cumin and Black Pepper Paste, 
  • Coriander Leaf, 
  • Bay Leaf(Tejpatta), 
  • Ginger, 
  • Tomato


Cooking Duration: 20 Minutes

Instructions:
Step 1: Slice Mushroom in 4 Pieces Each


Step 2 : Heat pan and add cooking oil and Fry Mushroom Pieces


Step 3: Now again Heat cooking oil and add bay leaf (tejpatta) and raw cumin and paste of garlic  and ginger and mix it well

Step 3: Add  chopped onion and green chili and stir till brown

Step 4: Add cumin and black pepper powder and coriander powder and chopped tomato and stir till it mixed well

Step 5: Now Add fried mushroom and mix it well

Step 6: Add water(as required for curry) and cook for 10 minutes
